• What languages do you support/recommend?

  For client, Javascript/Typescript, HTML, CSS, and maybe SCSS for styling. For server-side, Javascript/Typescript are highly recommended, since many frontend frameworks and technologies depend on runtimes like NodeJS or Deno (which use Javascript/Typescript).

  However, we also support Python and Go if necessary.

• What frameworks do you support/recommend?

  This obviously depends on the need of the project. React.js (or Next.js) has a large community, and many different technologies that work well with it as a result. Solid.js (or Solid Start) corrects and improves on a lot of things that React.js does, uses a very similar syntax, but is SIGNIFICANTLY faster. Astro is a multi-page framework for building content-rich websites and web apps that need SEO-friendliness. It is the go-to framework that we recommend for many of our clients for building websites. There are plenty of others that fill the gaps you might need for your project (e.g. Qwik, Preact, Vue, etc.), and we are happy to discuss what might best fit your needs.

• What databases do you support/recommend?

  SQL, NoSQL, and even key-value stores like Redis are all supported. We have extensive experience with SQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQLite, as well as NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Redis.

• What is your pricing model?

  We offer both single-payment projects and ongoing membership plans. Single-payment projects are perfect for one-time web development projects like building a new website or redesigning an existing one. Membership plans are perfect for ongoing support for your web development needs.

• What is your refund policy?

  Landing Pages and any projects under $100 have a 30-day refund policy upon completion of the project.

  Basic Websites, Advanced Websites, and any project over $100 have a 60-day refund policy upon completion of the project. However, unless we were unable to honor our contract for the project, there will be a non-refundable fee depending on the scope of the project (usually around 20%, will be established before start of project).

• What is your typical project timeline?

  Project timelines vary based on complexity. Simple landing pages might take 1-2 weeks, while full custom websites or apps could span 4-8 weeks, including design, development, testing, and revisions. We'll provide a detailed timeline in our initial proposal to set clear expectations.   We can recommend and set up hosting (e.g., via Vercel, Netlify, or AWS) and help with domain registration if needed, but these are typically client-owned for full control. For ongoing maintenance, we offer optional monthly plans starting at $X/month, covering updates, security, and minor tweaks.
